Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers? Our company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze AR reports for management review.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
